What is important to you, for your client to feel, when working with you?
I aspire to foster an environment of authenticity and connection. I want my clients to feel as they are truly cared for and that they can be their true selves without reservation, cultivating vulnerability, trust, and safety.
Who do you believe you are for a client as they manage their problems?
"
I believe that as a therapist it is a privilege to walk alongside the client. Providing the client with a space to feel, heal, process, and explore themselves on the path to gaining insight, strength, and courage to navigate their own lives. "
What drives your passion for seeing clients?
My passion for seeing clients comes from a core humanistic belief in the capabilities of every person to grow and heal beyond their circumstance. Through carefully individualized support and care, I believe we can all reach our true potential.
How do you believe clients "get better"?
I believe that for a client, “getting better” is a complex journey towards a true understanding of themselves and the world around them. Each client inhabits their own unique biopsychosocial reality and together with a strong therapeutic relationship, they can learn to navigate this path to their full capacity.
“In a society that says, ‘Put yourself last,’ self-love and self-acceptance are revolutionary.” -Brené Brown
