What is important to you, for your client to feel, when working with you?

When working with me, it is important that my client feels safe and comfortable. Vulnerability is huge in the therapy room and while it can be scary, I want my clients to be able to feel safe being in that vulnerable state.

Who do you believe you are for a client as they manage their problems?

I believe I am a coach and a cheerleader for my clients. I like to guide my clients towards making changes while validating their feelings.

What drives your passion for seeing clients?

My passion for helping others drives me to see clients. I feel that helping people understand their patterns and behaviors is so valuable.

How do you believe clients "get better"?

I think clients get better through their own hard work and self awareness.
