What is important to you, for your client to feel, when working with you?
It is important to Estefani that her clients feel seen and safe while working with her, as these are the foundations of a supportive therapeutic relationship. She strives to meet clients where they are, creating a nonjudgmental space that honors their unique experiences. Estefani prioritizes helping clients build a strong relationship with themselves, fostering trust, love, and commitment to their personal growth. Through her empathetic and whole-istic approach, she ensures clients feel empowered to navigate their challenges and discover their inner resilience.
Who do you believe you are for a client as they manage their problems?
Estefani believes she is a conduit and a sounding board for her clients as they navigate their challenges. Her role is not to be their savior but to support them in building trust in themselves and their ability to manage life’s difficulties.
What drives your passion for seeing clients?
Estefani's passion for seeing clients is driven by her deep love for human connection and the beauty of human complexities. She is inspired by witnessing clients nurture their emotional wounds, embrace their humanity, and experience the transformative power of therapy, knowing it can literally change the brain’s structure and chemistry.
How do you believe clients "get better"?
Estefani believes that clients "get better" through a combination of social and emotional factors, recognizing that healing is an ongoing journey rather than a destination. She emphasizes the importance of committing to oneself, cultivating honesty about one’s current place in life, and embracing radical love and community as powerful forces for healing.

Personal Hobbies
When Estefani is not working, she enjoys dancing, which is absolutely her favorite form of expression. Whether it’s in her living room, in a workout class, or in a studio, dancing brings her joy. She also loves reading, watching a good series, and going to the ocean. Additionally, Estefani finds comfort in "couch rotting," as she calls it—enjoying the bliss of doing nothing. For her, sitting in nothingness is the ultimate way to recharge her body.
